You'll feel right at home here. A delightful waterfront holiday home with a private jetty of over 10 meters, a lawned garden, and a spacious wooden terrace with a dining table and lounge set. A swim ladder awaits you for a refreshing dip. The terrace has a windbreak and an electric awning. A wonderful south-facing location is a must. The garden is fully enclosed, so your dog can't escape. It's open towards the water. From your terrace, you have a beautiful view of the Canal the Zijlroede, where boats happily pass by all day long.
The living room features contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. A beautiful leather sofa, a stunning wooden wall of cabinets, and a dining table. The luxury kitchen is ideal for true kitchen princesses and princes. It includes an oven, microwave, freezer, and a comprehensive kitchen inventory, plus plenty of space for cooking.
On the ground floor, there's a guest room with a single, electrically adjustable bed. Ideal if grandpa or grandma is coming along on holiday, or if someone who can no longer manage stairs is coming along. This bedroom has an ensuite walk-in shower. A toilet is just around the corner in the hallway.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. The master bedroom features a 180-wide double bed and a large wardrobe, an extra TV, and mosquito screens on the windows. It's a wonderfully spacious and luxurious bedroom. The second bedroom has two 90-wide single beds, a storage closet, and mosquito screens on the windows. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Doing laundry in between is no problem; there's a washing machine.
Upon arrival, you can park one to a maximum of two cars in front of the house.
You can park a boat trailer free of charge in the parking lot at the entrance to the park. One or two dogs are welcome. Please do not use the lawn as a dog walking area. You can enjoy a lovely walk with your dog towards the Grote Brekken lake or go for a swim at the dog beach and then relax on a terrace at the Beach club in Lemmer. 2 Parking lots
