Cozy 4th-floor studio, ideal for 2. Murphy bed for 2 and bright living area with sunny terrace and beautiful sea views. Modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Right on the promenade, close to tram, shops and restaurants. Parking included. Swimming pool and cafeteria in the building.

Wi-Fi: no. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
