The property features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including an independent suite outside the main building—perfect for families or groups of friends.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, plus a coffee machine to start your day. The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or video calls, as well as air conditioning, a TV, a dryer, a dedicated workspace, and beach towels for your convenience.



Families with children are welcome: a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books are available on site.



Outside, enjoy the private garden, barbecue, and private outdoor pool. For relaxation, the villa provides a private open terrace and two covered terraces, perfect for shade during the hottest hours. Shared amenities include a playground and a ping-pong table.
