Beach Getaway in Sète – Apartment with Private Parking near La Corniche

Experience a full season in Sète in this apartment with private parking, located in a secure residence less than 100 m from La Corniche beaches. Enjoy the tranquility of the city and its festivities while making the most of the seaside.



During high season (late June to early September), rentals are for full weeks, from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning. Outside this period, the minimum stay is 6 nights. The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.



Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment offers sweeping views of Sète’s beaches, Cap d’Agde, and the distant Canigou. It features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The 7 m² bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190). The living room includes a sofa bed for two (140 x 190 mattress) and a flat-screen TV. A 5 m² cabin area offers a bunk bed (90 cm) and two trundle beds (70 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



The 5 m² terrace is furnished with a table, four chairs, and a barbecue.



The 30 m² apartment with terrace is entirely for your stay. It is on the 3rd floor, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, in a residence with outdoor spaces and pétanque area.



A free parking space (for small/medium vehicle) is reserved for the apartment. Bike storage, two bus lines to the center or beaches, a pedestrian coastal path, and a bike lane connect you to the city center, canals, Théâtre de la Mer, or the Mediterranean shores at Cap d’Agde, Marseillan, Bouzigues, or Mèze.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Dishes, cutlery, and equipment used during your stay must be cleaned before departure.
