Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located – just a short walk from the beach and Binz town center.
The friendly one-room apartment (approx. 28 m²) accommodates two adults and one child.
It features a comfortable double bed, a separate child’s bed (80 × 160 cm, suitable for children up to 1.40 m tall), a cozy sitting area, and large French windows that let in plenty of natural light.
A TV is provided in the living area.
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower.
Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for €16 per person.
The local visitor’s tax is €3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
