The Casa Beatrice holiday home is located in Vira in the Gambarogno region, in a prime location overlooking Lake Maggiore, about 15 km from Locarno and Ascona. This bright, well-maintained holiday home spans three floors, sits on a slight hill, and offers one of the most beautiful views of the lake. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a Mediterranean flair. The house accommodates up to 6 people and is particularly well-suited for families, couples, or small groups looking to spend a relaxing holiday. The 135 m² of living space and the layout across three levels ensure a comfortable living experience. Amenities include 6 single beds, 3 bathrooms (2 of which have showers), a balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore, and a small garden with a pergola. Additionally, Wi-Fi, a TV with a limited selection of channels, and a cosy fireplace are available. The house is smoke-free; pets are not allowed.

The upper floor features the entryway with a foyer and coat closet, as well as an open gallery with two sleeping areas. On the middle floor, the bright living and dining area—complete with a dining table, sofas, and a fireplace—invites you to linger. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the Maggia Delta, the Bolle Nature Reserve, and the Ticino mountains and their valleys (Verzasca, Centovalli).
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with two single beds; both rooms offer lake views. Right in front of them, the small garden with a pergola invites you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor amenities include the pergola with a granite table and benches, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a small tabletop grill. There is also an utility room on the ground floor that provides convenient storage space for garden furniture and leads to the basement, which houses a washing machine and dryer.
The lake, beach, and restaurants are about 1 km away. Two village stores are located approximately 1.5 km away, and larger shopping options are available starting at a distance of 6 km. The property is easily accessible by both car and public transport; two parking spaces are available, and the Magadino-Vira train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
Casa Beatrice is family-friendly and offers a wide selection of games and toys. Please note that the house has three floors accessible only by stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility impairments. No cots or stair gates are available for small children.
