Location, location, location! 215 S. Water Street is a first-class condominium, conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Enjoy what downtown Wilmington has to offer from the comfort of a quaint, gated community.
This unit is located in the 2nd building - there are NO BALCONIES in this building (photo of complex is the street view). Beautiful entry courtyard and patio cafés across the street. Shop, dine, listen to live music, visit museums, all within a 2 block radius. Walk to the Azelea Festival, Farmers Market, Downtown Sundown Concert and any other downtown event.The studio has a king-size bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and washer/dryer, perfect for two. The unit is located on the second floor, with elevator access, and is steps away from the scenic Riverwalk. The studio is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated for an amazing stay. Parking is in the gravel lot next to the complex. During the summer months when humidity levels are high a portable dehumidifier is provided for use if needed.

Great spot for waterfront access. It was easy to come and go while exploring Wilmington. Also, secluded and peaceful at night when you wanted to relax. Only small drawback was there wasn't much natural light and it made the apartment dark throughout the day. The host was very organized and made sure we were fully accommodated.

I was in town for a 3 day conference. The owner notified early in the day the apt was ready and i could check in when ever I arrived. The room was very clean and quiet. The main attractions are within walking distance. I would recommend this apt to anyone.

Anniversary Getaway

We loved this property! the studio was perfect size for the two of us and it was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the Riverwalk and everything it has to offer. Yet it is also close enough to take short drives to other locations. Plenty of parking .Thanks for accommodating the changes in our itinerary that was much appreciated.

This was the perfect place for our last minute getaway. Very clean and easy to find. Amazing location if you want to be downtown but still enjoy a quiet spot. Kirby was a great host. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Wilmington.

Why they chose this property

When we first moved to Wilmington we lived downtown. We absolutely loved the downtown area and what it has to offer. You can enjoy the riverwalk, live music, live shows, great art, dinner cruises and many wonderful restaurants. This property is only 10 - 15 minutes to local beaches.
