Villa with Garden and Pool 1000 Meters from the Beach
Exclusive villa just 1000 meters from the beach, offering sea views. Enjoy comfort and proximity to the sea without needing a car.
The latest extension features a new porch next to a magnificent barbecue. An independent suite has also been added, providing a private and comfortable accommodation area.
Access to the main house is via about 40 steps. On this floor, there are three double bedrooms. One, with sea views, is a suite with an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom with a bathtub is shared by the other two bedrooms.
The upper floor is the highlight of the house, with sea views and a relaxing porch area with a pool, ensuring maximum privacy. There is a living-dining room with sea views and access to a beautiful porch with a pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a terrace with spectacular sea views. There is a double bedroom with access to the same terrace connected to the kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
In the garden, a newly built summer house offers a fantastic relaxation area by the pool. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
