Located in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, this property invites you to relax and enjoy the beach just 400 metres away, whether with family or friends.



This 75 m² apartment accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully renovated and equipped, it’s on the first floor of a villa with 3 units, facing south, and features a private entrance, an inner courtyard ideal for children, and parking for up to 3 cars.



The living room has a flat-screen TV and opens onto a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).



The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 beds), ideal for children. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a cot. The third bedroom also has a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.



For relaxation, enjoy your own enclosed outdoor space, facing south for sun all day. You’ll find a table with parasol, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



The house is in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, 400 m from the beach and shops (bakery, deli, grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, Sunday market, and summer events).



Note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, available for an extra charge. The garage is not part of the rental; the owner may access it at any time.
