Welcome to "Le Drakkar"!
Located in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, this holiday home is perfect for a family getaway just 400 meters from the beach. The 35 m² ground-floor apartment, fully renovated and equipped, accommodates up to 4 guests. It’s part of a villa with three units, faces south, and features a private entrance and a small courtyard.
Inside, you'll find a living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining area, plus a separate fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
The bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed (140 x 200 cm), sleeping four. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and toilet.
Enjoy your own private, south-facing outdoor space with table, parasol, garden furniture, sun lounger, and barbecue—ideal for relaxing in the sun all day.
The home is in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, 400 meters from the beach and shops (bakery, deli, grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, Sunday market, and summer events).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
