The living and bedroom area features a pull-out bed (1.60 m wide when extended), as well as a spacious wardrobe, a table and two chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates and cooking utensils. The flat has a shower room. The room opens onto a bright balcony that catches the morning sun.

The flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park. Bicycle racks are also available.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50ct pieces) available in the separate laundry room in the basement.

The apartment is rented privately. Please be aware that the furnishings are not brand new. The apartment is in a prime location and we are offering it at a very reasonable price.

The apartment is very central, yet quietly located. Walking distance to the south beach and the shopping street is about 5 minutes.
