Gîtes for 6 to 18 Guests in the Peaceful Tarn Countryside

In the heart of the tranquil, unspoiled Tarn countryside, just 20 minutes from Albi, two gîtes with a total capacity of 18 guests welcome you for stays with friends, family gatherings, workshops, or seminars. Both gîtes have been renovated using quality materials, preserving the charm of the original buildings.



The smaller gîte, created from a former attic, faces south and is filled with light thanks to a large picture window offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. It features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Outside, a terrace and a garden of about 200 m² provide beautiful views of the nearby meadows, the Sérénac Forest, and the distant Pyrenees.



The larger gîte, set in a former barn and stable, has 4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms upstairs (single beds can be joined). Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, with views of the countryside or the landscaped garden. On the same floor, a large living room opens onto the garden, bathing the sofas and armchairs in light. Downstairs, an open-plan living area with lounge, dining room, and kitchen allows you to gather for events or workshops. The host can offer nature and wellness activities such as nature walks, massages, and workshops.



Heating is available for an extra charge from November to April (wood, gas, and electricity according to meter reading). Utilities are payable at the end of your stay. Final cleaning is optional and must be booked in advance; payment is due at the end of your stay. Bed linen and towels are available as an option on site but are not included in the booking.
