Located in the Marine de Lumio at Sant Ambroggio, this charming 30 m² apartment features a terrace and garden with views of the sea, coastline, and stunning sunsets. The outdoor space includes a table, chairs, and loungers.



The air-conditioned studio offers a living area with a 180 cm double bed that can be separated into two singles, blackout shutter, and TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. There is a sleeping area with bunk beds. The bathroom includes a toilet.



Bed linen and cleaning are available on request for an extra fee. You can also rent a Peugeot 2008 in excellent condition. Free parking is provided. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.



Just 100 m from the studio, you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and a pétanque court. At the marina, there are restaurants, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, gas station, and boat and paddle rentals. Boat trips, diving school, and tennis courts are nearby.



Several hiking trails start from the studio. Beaches are a 10-minute walk away. The train station is 150 m away, connecting the beaches between Calvi and its citadel and Île-Rousse and its peninsula. Calvi airport and the Île-Rousse port are 10 km away. Golf is 20 minutes away.



Sant'Ambroggio is ideally located for exploring coves, with its small marina and beach 1 km away, Algajola beach (famous for surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing), the authentic villages of Balagne (Sant Antonino, Lumio, Pigna...), Saint-Florent, the Agriates desert, the Piana cliffs, and the GR20 trail.
