Our Knüllperle half timbered holiday home next to Silbersee lake in Frielendorf

Our Knüllperle was extensively renovated in 2025 and furnished with high-quality furniture, new oak beds, new built-in wardrobes, a new wood-burning stove, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and new frosted glass doors for brighter bathrooms and a brighter entrance area.

The rear terrace was repaved and extended to provide more space for tables and chairs, as well as room for our beach chair from Neuharlingersiel.

Garden furniture, a Weber gas grill, various outdoor games, and sweeping and cleaning equipment are located in the garden shed.

In front of the house are two sturdy bicycle racks suitable for locking even high-quality bicycles. Bicycle tools and a pump are available inside the house.

Our Knüllperle has a total of three bedrooms (two double beds upstairs measuring 1.80 m x 2 m, and another double bed downstairs measuring 1.60 m x 2 m). There is ample space for six people, including luggage.
Each sleeping space has a blanket (135 cm x 200 cm) and two pillows (one 40 cm x 80 cm and one 80 cm x 80 cm). Please bring your own sheets and duvet covers. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

There are also two bathrooms. One bathroom is located upstairs between the two bedrooms. The second bathroom is on the ground floor next to the entrance.

The house, including the downstairs bathroom, is wheelchair accessible.

The house has a high-speed fiber optic connection and Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the house and garden.

Water and electricity costs will be settled upon departure based on consumption (cash payment). 1 kWh = €0.40 // 1 m³ of water = €10.00. The meters will be read upon arrival and departure.

We have been renting our vacation home to holidaymakers since this year.
