We had a wonderful 3 night stay! Doug and Gloria are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to welcome us, make sure we had everything we needed, and make us feel at home. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need. Doug and Gloria truly thought of everything! The setting is so peaceful and relaxing on the lake. We used the provided kayaks to explore the water channel and connecting lakes, which made for a fun and relaxing afternoon. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Hayward.

The property was more than just as the photos listed. It was beautiful and the lake view was more than expected. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would most definitely book this listing again. The ‘cabin’ decor was put together perfectly. I can’t say enough about how welcomed we felt throughout our stay. Thank you Doug and Gloria for making our trip amazing. You made us feel like old friends, not just clients. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This was our 5th or 6th visit to Amazing Waterfront cabin. This cabin is everything you could ever want. It is well supplied with everything you could ever need. Doug and Gloria are so helpful and only a phone call away, We love being down on the dock listening to loons talk all day! The lake is so calming and relaxing. This year we did rent a pontoon for three days and that was a good thing! Took a few spins around the lake, sat in the middle of the lake watching the loons pop up right near us! You won’t be disappointed here!

This was our second trip. Our young adult children wanted to go back and stay longer. They enjoyed the lake, playing pool and golfing in the area. It was a great getaway. We heard a lot of loons and geese.

Cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed plus some. Plenty of space, dock was good for fishing and pontoon I rented on lake. Would absolutely stay again and communication with host was great. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent retreat on quiet lake for kayaking & bird watching (loons, kingfishers, great blue heron, goslings, etc), with wonderfully accommodating hosts who have thought of everything!!
