Welcome to our charming beach house! Spread across a spacious 130 m², you’ll enjoy modern comforts on two floors of a stylish half-timbered house—just 100 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
The light-filled living area invites you to linger: with a cosy sofa corner (including a sleeper sofa), TV, PlayStation 4, Sonos sound system, and books and games for the whole family. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub with a view of the sea—perfect for romantic moments or simply pure relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer everything you need for shared meals. The living room opens directly onto the sunny south-facing balcony.
The separate bedroom with a double bed and its own TV ensures restful nights. Adjacent to it is a spacious walk-in closet with a safe—and an additional bunk bed. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use free of charge.
In the modern spa-style bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, every day of your holiday begins on a relaxing note. The toilet is separate.
Pets welcome! Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest here—and will feel just as comfortable as you do. Please note that your furry friend will either have to climb two flights of stairs on their own four paws, or their owner will need to carry them. One of these staircases is a slightly slippery wooden staircase.
Parking at the house, a bike storage room, plenty of recreational activities, restaurants, a bakery, playgrounds, and great options for day trips make this place an ideal holiday destination—whether on foot, by bike, or on four paws.

Please note: The house is occupied by several households, some of which also have dogs. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
