Located in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, this 60 m² house welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, 2 TVs, a washing machine, private barbecue, electric fryer, board games, a baby bed, and step-free indoor access.
Outside, relax in your private garden, private balcony with sea view, and open terrace with outdoor furniture and awning. You have access to the shared outdoor pool with outdoor shower, open from June 15 to September 15 (except in case of technical issues).
A private parking space is available on site within the residence. One pet is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. The beautiful Parée beach is just 100 m away, and the town center with shops and services is 2 km away.
