Detached villa with stunning sea views, just 500 meters from the beach. Perfect for families with children of all ages, you are within easy walking distance of shops and the beach.
A short drive away, you’ll find tennis courts, a golf club, and at Platja del Grau, opportunities for various water sports.
The villa is spread over two floors. Upon arrival, there is a spacious parking area for several cars right in front of the garage. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the large terrace and pool. There is a guest toilet and a master suite with bathroom, also opening onto the terrace and pool.
Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Above this level, a private solarium terrace offers exceptional sea views. The villa provides a peaceful and comfortable setting for a family holiday, close to all local amenities and activities.
