A wonderful place in Summer. You cook, eat and relax around the pool. 2 fridge, dish wash machine, electric cooking and all needed supplies are available around the pool and the wonderful terrasse, with a nice view to the sea. You only go back to the house for bath and sleep. The house includes 4 rooms at ground level and kitchen, dining room and living room with two terrasses at first floor.
INCLUDED IN THE BASIC PRICE A MOTORCYCLE with mandatory rules (very useful in summer time as a way to avoid parking your car).

60m above see level, 450m walking distance to the closest beach (using easy stairs).

We build the house to be both a paradise for summer and a comfortable home all year round. Thanks to a remarquable Architect, the pool house is the strategic center of summer life, while the main house with heating and fireplace offers the expected comfort in winter. The pool house has everything you need to cook and eat with your family around the pool. The house provides comfort and space for 8 people.

What makes this property unique

The whole property is built to protect the ocean view, from the Villa rooms, the pool house and the garden. The pines are both a protection against the winds, a relaxing shade and a barrier that gives you all your privacy and tranquility, even in the middle of the summer season. Even from the overflowing pool, you can watch the sea from all parts of the property.
