The apartment is approximately 56 square meters and features a living/dining room with a new kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, shower room, hallway, bedroom, and a private parking space directly in front of the entrance. It easily accommodates four people. If needed, the fully converted and lovingly furnished attic can be accessed. The attic consists of an additional bedroom and a shower room. A southeast-facing balcony with garden furniture and a parasol offers views across the fields.

The apartment is located on the southern edge of the Petersdorf holiday park, in a central yet quiet location. Supermarkets such as Aldi and Edeka are nearby, and the center of Petersdorf offers further shopping facilities, including a pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, and physiotherapy practice. Several restaurants invite you to linger and enjoy a meal. The nearest beach is about 4 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. Lifeguards are on duty at Bojendorf beach, and beach chairs are available for rent. The Wallnau bird sanctuary is located nearby.

Special features: The attic can easily accommodate two additional guests. It includes another bedroom and a bathroom.
