Love the condo! Enjoyed my week's vacation listening to the sound of the water from my balcony. No issues once we got thru the wait of powering being out due to the hurricane

Great property with an amazing view. The host texted our first day to check in, which I really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. The unit was not as clean as I would have liked. The master bedspread was dirty upon arrival, so we just found a blanket and washed it and put the bedspread in a closet. I vacuumed everyday, and the bottoms of our feet would be so dirty, like the floors had been vacuumed before we got there, but they had not been mopped. Which is gross. And you can only use about half of the full size refrigerator because it opens to the right, the fridge door hits the stove, and you cannot open the drawers.

View was absolutely amazing. Trying to view tv was a bit annoying, all remotes seem to have dead batteries and you could only get one channel in each bedroom and only watch the firestick in the living room. Everything else was great.

Jazz Festival

Great location well maintained condo and building. Access to the beach was great. Would have appreciated a few more staples such as salt and pepper. Most places come with that

Relaxing

The condo was described perfectly. The balcony and furniture outside was our favorite spot. saw dolphins, turtles. Been coming to PCB for 25 years. MAJESTIC properties are the best.

Family vacation 2023

My husband and I came with our daughter and my brother, his wife and daughter. The 2 king beds with bathrooms was great! The variety of pools indoors and outdoors was very convenient. We loved the Starbucks in walking distance, definitely a plus. The 4th of July fireworks show was absolutely amazing!! Best we have ever seen. Our trip was 10/10 :)

First time staying at the Majestic….1802 The room was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities. Great location, close to shops, beachfront. Elevators were fast. Security was ok. One girl was VERY RUDE. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Majestic 1802 Tower 2

We had a great time as always at the Majestic. The unit is as advertised with a great balcony. Was a little dirty at check in, and a ton of locked cabinets which severely reduces storage for families. Master bed was cozy, guest room bed needs replaced

This condo is one of our favorites. Thank you for the review. First time we have heard about the lack of storage from a guest that I know of. We will look into that. We ask guest to report any cleaning issues so we can resolve but don't show any cleaning issues reported. First I have heard about the guest bed, but we will certainly look into that as well. Not happy to see your rating wedged in between a bunch of 10/10 reviews. Thank you and safe travels

Wonderful Beachfront Getaway!

   •   Perfect location right on the Gulf with stunning sunset views and a front-row seat for the July 4th fireworks — truly unforgettable!   •   Super convenient to everything — Walmart, restaurants, shops, and attractions are all just a short drive away.   •   The condo itself is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, making it feel like a home away from home.   •   We loved the daily complimentary activities that made each day even more fun — from free rounds of golf and mini golf to a sunset cruise, Dave & Buster’s visits, and Wonder world. These extras made it hard to leave!   •   We’ll definitely be back whenever we get the chance. Highly recommend this place for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location close to many great restaurants and has the perfect view. Parts of the condo have been beautifully updated (bathrooms) and other parts could use some TLC. We found the bedroom furniture to be comfortable but the living room sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable.

Cluttered. Not very Beachy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit in a whole was good. It could use decluttering. The beds were comfortable for a rental. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. Having a built in ice maker was nice. It would be nice if the pantry wasn’t an owners closet. Had no where to put our food except on the counter tops.

Great warm space with upgraded showers and a nice view!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice. It had a warm and cozy feeling upon arriving. We loved the upgraded showers and huge master suite. We also loved the balcony with great views. It was large and had enough seating for a family. My only issue was the water while taking a shower didn't stay warm for long it seemed like it was on a timer. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again!
