The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed suitable for children and teenagers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee machine. Additional amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, washing machine, underfloor heating throughout, and mountain views. Families have access to 1 baby cot and 1 high chair, and the interior is step-free.

There are 2 shared parking spaces at the house, and 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Bookings from guests under 25 years old are not accepted. For your convenience, self check-in is possible.

Hiking trails start right at the house, with more options in the Kaiser Mountains and at Hohe Salve. The location is quiet with panoramic views, and a ski bus stop is nearby.
