Our apartment is located in Ipanema and has a beautiful view from the 8th floor. The metro station is very near (about 30 m). There are very good restaurants near and shopping certers. You don´t need to locate a car. It´s easy to catch a taxi, uber or metro from there. We have 24hs proteccion.
2 suites with air conditioning, full equiped kitchen, TV, wifi, DVD, dinner table and a charming living room.

Great Place to stay in Ipanema

The apartment is very confortable, very well located, we felt at home. Good beds, good A/A, good bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants, and shopping areas around. Owner very friendly and communicative.

Had a great stay location was ideal everything can be done on foot. Great clean apartment had everything we needed 24hr front entrance security and very helpful answering questions. Great experience!

Located in the heart of Ipanema with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The check in process was extremely easy, 24hr security front desk. The host:property owner was very responsive, friendly, and on top of it. I absolutely recommend for traveling couples, small families.

This apt surpassed all of our expectations! The space, the cleanliness, the kindness of the doormen and neighbors, EVERYTHING was perfect! Juliana was especially very accommodating and sincerely sweet. I can’t wait to come and stay there again

Comfortable, Quiet in Great Location

This was a great place for my wife, me and stepdaughter to rest in preparation for her wedding. Quiet and in a very nice area. Beach and lagoon were only five minute walks away. Plenty of good restaurant options nearby also. Door security staff were great. We were lucky that it was relatively cool when we were there, as one of the AC units wasn't working, but fortunately the ones in both bedrooms were.

Apto lindo pertinho da praia

Amamos o apartamento, é muito pertinho da praia, bem equipado (até cadeiras de praia e quardasol, joguinhos para crianças), bem localizado - monte de restaurantes e lojas em arrededores, vista incrível - para um dos morros e parquinho, tudo limpinho, banheiro reformado, cozinha com tudo que precisar!
