Wake up and look out at the sea. From the balcony of this cosy holiday apartment in Old Sassnitz, you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. Above the rooftops of the historic old town, you can start your day relaxed with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine in the morning and enjoy the view across the water with a glass of wine in the evening.

With 28 m² of space, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two: a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights.

The beach promenade, Sassnitz’s city harbour, as well as cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within a few minutes’ walk. The Altstadt-Brasserie is located right in the building, and across the street, additional restaurants and a small arts-and-crafts district invite you to take a stroll.

A relaxing stay is guaranteed: The beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are included. Pets are welcome (please notify us when booking; a small additional fee applies). We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair upon request (€10 each).

Sassnitz is also the filming location for the popular ARD series “Praxis mit Meerblick”—many of the show’s locations are within walking distance of the apartment. And sailing enthusiasts, take note: On August 22 and 23, 2026, the Germany Sail Grand Prix will take place right on our doorstep.
