For rent with panoramic views of the Gulf of Lacona, in Capoliveri, a renowned seaside destination on the southern coast of Elba Island, famous for its long sandy beach with gently sloping seabed, framed by the Capo Stella promontory and offering views of Montecristo Island.



Just an 8-minute drive from the sea, the apartment is set in a countryside environment surrounded by greenery and is part of a four-family house. Please note: the last 500 meters of the access road are unpaved and not suitable for sports cars due to the risk of scraping the underside of the vehicle.



The apartment is on the ground floor with a private corner garden (not fenced) and a pleasant veranda equipped with a dining table. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Guests share a parking area and washing machine.
