Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Via Fuorns" 100 m. Skisport facilities 750 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dil Dragung, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera - Weisse Arena. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Laaxersee - Lag Grond, Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falers ganz Jahres Wanderg. Schneeschuhwandern, Winterwanderwege etc, Sommer Wanderwege etc. (flimslaax.com). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
