Holiday Home 'Lueur De La Rouja' with Mountain View

In our language, "Rouja" is the Monte Rosa glacier and "Lueur" means its beautiful glow in the sun. There's a local song that says as soon as you cross into Ayas, "la Rouja l'et là" (Monte Rosa is there). For me, this isn't just a landmark among the mountains: it means home, warmth, and welcome. It's the safe place to return to.



Today, this house is yours. I hope you can feel the same magic here, relax, and, even if just for a few days, feel part of this wonderful land.



Located in the heart of the historic center ("paese vecchio") of Champoluc, in a peaceful and quiet spot, this apartment has just been renovated while keeping its historic charm. It offers 46 sqm and can host up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms: one double and one with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. Winter and summer tourist activities are within easy reach on foot or by nearby public transport.



The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The property has heating in the living room, all bedrooms, and the bathroom, plus a TV and washing machine for your convenience. Public street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.

Casa nuova in ottima posizione.

Pros: Locale appena ristrutturato, presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa la lavatrice. Letti molto comodi, spazio per riporre oggetti adeguato. Ottima posizione a due passi da tutti i negozi. Molto silenzioso. Appena ci si affaccia all'uscita della porta di ingresso si può vedere il ghiacciaio in tutta la sua bellezza. Cons: Manca un parcheggio, in alta stagione si fa fatica a trovarne non a pagamento. Il letto a castello nella cameretta è inutilizzabile nella parte alta perchè il soffitto della casa è molto basso. Il bagno è funzionale ma molto piccolo e senza finestra.
