Fripp's Best Location and Just Steps Away from the Beach!

There is no other place quite like Fripp Island! Just 19 miles from Beaufort, SC, this beautiful 3000 acre island is the home of an abundance of deer, alligator and other wildlife. Driving on to this private, gated and secluded island, you will be mesmerized by its beauty. The island has miles of bike trails and natural lakes. The amenities are just an added bonus. Fripp has 10 tennis courts, several pools (one adult pool), a club house restaurant, a playground; all in walking distance from the villa.

In addition, Fripp offers deep sea fishing, pier and surf fishing, full service marina, jet skiing, kayaking, boating, paddle boating or a dolphin cruise. Fripp offers two golf courses: one is located adjacent to the beach and one is a Davis Love signature course. Both will test your skills. If you prefer a night out, Fripp offers camp Fripp for kids. Or you can just sit on the deck, grill out, look at the ocean and watch your children play in the courtyard. It is a great and safe place for them to make friends. If you choose, you can rent a golf cart and explore the island with your family. The entire villa is complete with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation. We would be delighted to have you as our guest.

Just perfect!

Thoughtful layout & renovations are lovely. Perfect for moms & kids get away! Ocean view from balcony & easy access to beach & pool can’t be beat. Jenny Woods is such an amazing host.

Perfect choice for a wonderful vacation

Jenny was amazing and a pleasure to work with while planning our Thanksgiving getaway. Her villa was perfect, close to the ocean and all the activities held by the local club. The golf courses were highly rated and easy to schedule. Great community with sporting activities and holiday celebrations.

Fantastic Beach Property!

This property was just as wonderful as depicted. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! Bathrooms were also stocked with plenty of bath towels. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings with the view of the ocean. Loved that the boardwalk leading out to the beach was just a couple minutes away and it Is also very close to the family pool. All was really nice as we had 4 grandchildren - ages 3 - 7 years old. Jenny was awesome and easy to work with. She was extremely responsive to questions I had and did everything to help make our vacation memorable! I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back with the family again!

Family Getaway

We found Fripp Island while searching for a place near Hunting Island State Park. Loved the property and the quiet island. Not many places to eat or shop unless you drive 30 minutes, but we came for the beach and loved it. Highly recommend a visit to Hunting Island and to watch the sunset from Wardle's Landing Pier.

Lovely Condo, Beautiful Beach

This was our first visit to Fripp Island and we weren’t disappointed! The island reminded us of Kiawah...but with fewer visitors! We look forward to returning and we would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful property with generous living and sleeping spaces. Perfect for our group of 7. We found the property extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was extremely helpful with our questions prior to arrival. We look forward to a return visit.

This was an absolutely wonderful villa! If you haven’t stayed here before, you must visit! Jenny was a great host with a beautiful villa right by the beach! Plenty of counter space for cooking local seafood, plenty of bedrooms for a large family and an amazing location. We can not wait to come back next year ! Thanks for being such an amazing host!
