Summary:

This sunny flat has a floor area of 73 m² and comprises 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, a private garden of 111 m² and a terrace. The building was constructed in 2006, so its facilities are still in very good condition. It is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach along a very good footpath. It has a communal swimming pool and garden, as well as private numbered parking in the building's private area.



The Space:

If you want to cool off in the Mediterranean Sea, this apartment is located in the Entreolas residential complex, a 10-minute walk from Les Deveses beach in Dènia. It is 3 km from the town centre and 11 km from the centre of Dénia. Four kilometres away is the famous ‘Vía Verda’ trail, which runs through the three towns of Marina Alta de Dénia, Ondara and El Verger. Created for sports enthusiasts, it runs through these three towns along the old railway tracks, which have been converted into a beautiful path full of green areas. In Dénia, there is a sports complex with free access for anyone who wants to use its facilities (athletics track, football pitch, basketball, rugby, etc.) and to complete the sports offer, there are also two tennis schools just a few steps away from the sports centre.



Guest Access:

We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.



The Neighborhood:

It is a quiet area, especially in winter. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The two villages Els Poblets and El Vergel are about 1,5 km away, and our small "capital" Denia is about 10 km away. Both airports like Alicante or Valencia are about 1 hour by car away.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.

- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.



For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
