Welcome to La Spezia, the jewel of the Gulf of Poets, where green hills meet the blue Ligurian sea. La Casa di Luca is your perfect base to explore this stunning region: visit the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and picturesque hilltop villages.
Wander the historic center’s streets scented with fresh focaccia and farinata, taste traditional pesto, and experience the authentic simplicity of Ligurian life. Ferries take you to the colorful villages of the Cinque Terre, while scenic trails offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
The apartment is 30 sqm for 2 guests: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, fan, and Wi-Fi. A simple, authentic retreat for discovering one of Italy’s most beautiful coastlines.
Parking is available in the street. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Public transportation is nearby.
One pet is permitted for an extra fee. Parties and events are not allowed.
