Beautiful Oceanfront end unit With Breathtaking Beach Views, 3rd floor C118

One of the southernmost of the Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This freshly updated two-bedroom, two bathroom condominium is situated directly on the white sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

!!!CONSTRUCTION NOTICE!!!Construction will begin on August 24th to replace balcony handrails and also the breezeways. there are 3 buildings o n the property work will begin on building B then proceed to building A, our building C is to begin in the middle of May 2027. work will start at 8 and end at 5 during business hours, expect to hear some noise during those hours, the pools will remain open during the process. This unit is located on the third floor of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. It is situated on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our end-unit balcony provides unobstructed views to the North, oceanfront, and a vast view to the South. Your view is as far as the eye can see up and down the shores of this lovely island. The recently updated kitchen and dining area of this unit offers a breathtaking seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach and boardwalk.

The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

We had a terrific 4-night stay in this lovely condo! It was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location was ideal and the ocean views from the balcony and multiple windows were spectacular! Mark, our host, was friendly and very responsive, especially on our arrival when we had difficulty getting into the condo. Everything exceeded our expectations--we couldn’t have asked for better mini-vacation!

Our stay at this property was almost perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, very comfy beds, etc. The full size washer and dryer were a plus for sure. And even without all of the above, the view from the corner unit was well worth every cent of the rental rate!!!! The grounds were neat and well kept and even though we didn't use the pool because it was December, it looked beautiful and was spacious. I cannot recommend this unit and these owners enough, thank you Mark and Laura!
