Welcome to our modern, newly built holiday home with a private pool in the quiet village of Cukrići, in the heart of Istria. The house accommodates up to 6 guests and is the ideal choice for families, couples, or friends seeking comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

The stylishly furnished holiday home features three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The private swimming pool, the barbecue area, and the well-maintained garden provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space right next to the house are, of course, available to our guests. Pets are welcome.

The most beautiful beaches on Istria’s west coast are only about 20 km away. Attractions such as the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, Brijuni National Park, the picturesque old town of Rovinj, as well as numerous biking and hiking trails, wineries, and traditional konobas are located in the immediate vicinity.
