Dans un écrin de verdure, ce 2 pièces de 2 à 3 personnes est idéal pour le repos et le dépaysement. Au sein du Parc Naturel Régional, à 100m du Golfe, vous profiterez d'une faune et flore très diversifiées et de toutes les activités nautiques, ainsi que la proximité des pistes cyclables et des randonnées pédestres.



L'appartement de 45 m² est constitué d'une chambre avec un lit queen size, une salle de bains avec douche, des toilettes séparés ainsi qu'un salon avec un lit d'appoint de 90 et un berceau pour bébé. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour votre confort. Nous acceptons les animaux moyennant un supplément.



La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer vos repas en toute autonomie. Vous disposerez également du WiFi, d'une télévision et d'une chaise haute pour les tout-petits. Une terrasse privée non couverte vous permettra de profiter des beaux jours, et un barbecue partagé est à votre disposition dans le jardin commun. Un local à vélos partagé ainsi qu'une machine à laver et un sèche-linge communs complètent les équipements. Un stationnement est disponible sur place. L'intérieur est de plain-pied, facilitant l'accès pour tous. Un court de tennis se trouve également à proximité, à quelques minutes à pied. Les événements ne sont pas autorisés dans la propriété.

Schöne Lage, aber 5 bis 8 km weit weg von Strand bzw. Zentrum

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt. Cons: Wir hätten für einen Aufenthalt zum Entspannen außer Küche oder Schlafzimmer ein Mobiliar in dem weiteren Raum vermisst, in dem man BEQUEM sitzen und lesen kann. Die dafür platzierten Sofa und Sessel waren sehr klein und sehr durchgesessen. Also wirklich ungeeignet.
