This lavishly decorated one bedroom unit has upscale furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE profile appliances includes a separate dining area which seats 4, breakfast bar seating 2, and laundry area with washer and dryer. The living area provides a great space for entertainment or relaxation with a flat screen TV/DVD player with cable TV, Wii gaming system w/ 3 games and 3 controllers, WiFi internet, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the 20th floor. Guests can access the fully furnished beachfront balcony from the living area. This unit sleeps 5 with a King size bed in the Master Suite with adjoining bath, a hall bunk-bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Emerald Beach 2032

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit PCB yearly and have been staying at Emerald Beach almost every year. This condo, 2032 was definitely at, or near one of the nicest condos we have stayedat. Four Star Condo Services is excellent to work with, everything was very professional and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. I search many different websites when we are booking a trip, and Four Star has been our choice the last 2 years. We also like the early check-in option if we are arriving early to the area.

Several other family members had condos in the same building; however, I feel like ours was the most comfortable, clean and homey one of the bunch! And the property management people went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, before, during and after! Amazing location. Walkable to several restaurants, shops and even a quick store. Love love the chairs included!!

Awesome property has pretty much everytning you need especially if you plan on cooking, no complaints from us would definitely stay in this condo again and super easy check in with four start condo services and very nice 10/10!

Great view from both ends of the unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are several elevators and they are fast. The Sky walk and sky bar over Front Beach Rd is cool. The bed in the unit was comfy, the recliners were great to have and relax. The only negatives were no coffee in the room and there was a strong smell of garbage in the room. We couldn't figure it out because we didn't have any garbage yet. I don't know that it was the whole time we were there though.

Very nice unit

Turned out to be a very nice, clean, unit. Evidently the unit had been recently remodeled. It had new appliances in the kitchen and was well equipped. The unit had nice carpeting in the living area and bedrooms which was nice to have instead of cold tile. Very comfortable recliners and furniture. There was some extra beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. I've seen complaints about the resort and elevator waits time but honestly it wasn't too bad. We will definitely stay here again next time in Panama City Beach
