Ideally located near the Pointe d'Arradon (1 km away) with its marina, water sports, and the islands in the Gulf of Morbihan—this house is in a quiet residential area, just a 100-meter walk from the town centre and its shops (shopping centre at the entrance to Arradon). The house features 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 bedroom upstairs, as well as a large room with ample space accommodating 4 single beds + 1 double bed (ideal for children)—bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor; shower room with sink, shower, and toilet upstairs - Back patio and garden area wrapping around three-quarters of the house—no shared walls—very quiet area, primarily residential—small gate to enter the garden—parking space in front of the garage or next to the garden hedge<br><br>##### COVID-19 MEASURES<br>Due to current health conditions and subject to new constraints related to government restrictions, please find below the special conditions we have put in place to ensure our guests have a stay that is appropriate for the situation<br><br>1) One-week stays will run from Sunday morning through Saturday at 11 a.m.<br>2) No contact upon arrival or departure; keys will be accessible without the need for a staff member to be present<br>3) A welcome guide will be provided for the shared use of the rental property<br>4) Disposable mattress and pillow protectors will be provided to guests<br>5) Guests are responsible for providing their own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases<br>6) The end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory; this fee is €100.00<br>7) Refund Policy in Case of Cancellation<br> - 100% refund up to 30 days before the start date of the stay<br> - 50% refund up to 14 days before the start date of the stay<br> - no refund after 14 days prior to the start date of the stay<br>8) The remaining balance for the rental must be paid by bank transfer one week before the arrival date at the rental property<br>9) The security deposit check must be left on site by the tenants and will be voided or returned according to the terms specified in the contract

Very convenient

Attractive property with very nice enclosed garden and parking. A very short uphill walk into the village and about 5-10 minutes from the beach. Good wifi. Access to the garage was useful for storing bike, mobility scooter and SUP/windsurfing gear. As a couple we mostly stuck to the downstairs rooms. It was hot when we were there and it was nice to be able to open the full length windows and shutters. Garden was pleasant and as it wrapped around the property it was easy to be able to sit in the sun or the shade.The only downside for us was that whilst my wheelchair fitted through the front door it did not fit through any of the interior doors so i had to use my crutches rather more than i would have wished to. Check in and check out were both very easy.

séjour annulé à cause d'un compteur électrique sous évaluer

Nous sommes arrivés dans la location vers 16h, la maison n'était absolument pas chauffée. Il faisait à peine 10. 1er réflexe est de voir le compteur. Celui-ci avait disjoncté, on le relance. Mais le compteur électrique n'a pas résister aux opérations comme chauffer les pièces de la maison et pour éclairer la pièce où nous étions en même temps. Disjonction à chacune de nos tentatives, nous avons tenté en vain pendant 3 heures, joint le propriétaire qui lui même nous avait assuré que cela demandait 2 jours pour réguler ! comment peut-on louer une maison toute équipée à l'électricité sans assurer au niveau du compteur ! c'est bien dommage, car la maison en elle-même est bien à 1eres vues. Puisque nous avons annulé notre séjour. Nous avions une pers de 89 ans, des enfants et une pers sensible au froid. Après une année 2024 très éprouvante pour notre famille, nous espérions bcq de ce séjour. Le pire a été de l'impossibilité de trouver un séjour où nous pouvions être tous ensemble. Un vrai gâchis ! Abritel devrait s'assurer de son réseau de location.

Très agréable séjour

Nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants dans ce logement propre fonctionnel et bien situé , commerces a proximité, la mer a 10mn, un jardin clos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine .. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous retournons sûrement

Maison accueillante et pratique pour réunion de famille

Maison de vacances bien entretenue et agréable à vivre pour quelques jours en famille. Quartier résidentiel au coeur d'Arradon, calme, à 3 minutes des commerces du centre-ville et 10/15 minutes à pied de jolis points de vue sur le golfe.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Douche à l'étage non fonctionnelle car évacuation de la douche en goutte-à-goutte, très dommage pour le nombre de couchage . . Cest la queue a la sdb du bas ! Sinon gîte confortable et bien placé pour visites et balades à vélo.

Excellent séjour!

Une maison idéale pour une grande famille... ou deux ! Pratique, bien située ( à 5 mn du bourg et à un petit quart d'heure à pied de la plage sur des sentiers piétons bien sécurisés ), elle permet des vacances faciles et agréables pour petits et grands! Nos enfants et leurs cousins ont adoré le grand dortoir! Nous y retournerons! Florent R.

Maison avec suffisamment de couchages confortables mais le salon la salle à manger et la cuisine sont petits pour 10 Aménagement cuisine assez limité Et nous avons eu des problèmes d eau chaude ( pas assez d infos sur l électricité basse consommation jour nuit info capitale à fournir ) Départ et arrivée sans problème Beaucoup de vélos cela été très bien 2 frigos très bien aussi Bon emplacement Mer en voiture ou vélo obligatoire

Cette appréciation mitigée (3/5) qui ne peut avoir qu'un effet négatif pour les futurs locataires. D'autant plus que j'ai indiqué, photo à l'appui comment mettre le compteur en marche forcée en cas de manque d'eau chaude, il suffisait de lire le livret d'accueil. Pour rectifier, le golfe et donc la mer est à moins d'un kilomètre à pied de la maison (600m pour être précis), la pointe d'Arradon à 1,5kms. J'y vais régulièrement à pied même si ça va forcement plus vite à vélo ou en voiture

Très bon sejour

Très bon sejour dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 familles, avec 4 enfants en tout. Le dortoir à l'étage est génial pour tous ces bambins qui avaient leur espace réservé. Pour les parents, chacun sa chambre et son espace. Cuisine équipée, salon séjour spacieux pour les repas en famille, exterieur agréable. Arradon est une jolie ville, proche de toutes les commodités, les marché et la mer, nous avons fait de magnifiques balades à pied et à vélo. Très bons souvenirs.
