Very convenient

Attractive property with very nice enclosed garden and parking. A very short uphill walk into the village and about 5-10 minutes from the beach. Good wifi. Access to the garage was useful for storing bike, mobility scooter and SUP/windsurfing gear. As a couple we mostly stuck to the downstairs rooms. It was hot when we were there and it was nice to be able to open the full length windows and shutters. Garden was pleasant and as it wrapped around the property it was easy to be able to sit in the sun or the shade.The only downside for us was that whilst my wheelchair fitted through the front door it did not fit through any of the interior doors so i had to use my crutches rather more than i would have wished to. Check in and check out were both very easy.

séjour annulé à cause d'un compteur électrique sous évaluer

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans la location vers 16h, la maison n'Ă©tait absolument pas chauffĂ©e. Il faisait Ă  peine 10. 1er rĂ©flexe est de voir le compteur. Celui-ci avait disjonctĂ©, on le relance. Mais le compteur Ă©lectrique n'a pas rĂ©sister aux opĂ©rations comme chauffer les piĂšces de la maison et pour Ă©clairer la piĂšce oĂč nous Ă©tions en mĂȘme temps. Disjonction Ă  chacune de nos tentatives, nous avons tentĂ© en vain pendant 3 heures, joint le propriĂ©taire qui lui mĂȘme nous avait assurĂ© que cela demandait 2 jours pour rĂ©guler ! comment peut-on louer une maison toute Ă©quipĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©lectricitĂ© sans assurer au niveau du compteur ! c'est bien dommage, car la maison en elle-mĂȘme est bien Ă  1eres vues. Puisque nous avons annulĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Nous avions une pers de 89 ans, des enfants et une pers sensible au froid. AprĂšs une annĂ©e 2024 trĂšs Ă©prouvante pour notre famille, nous espĂ©rions bcq de ce sĂ©jour. Le pire a Ă©tĂ© de l'impossibilitĂ© de trouver un sĂ©jour oĂč nous pouvions ĂȘtre tous ensemble. Un vrai gĂąchis ! Abritel devrait s'assurer de son rĂ©seau de location.

Nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants dans ce logement propre fonctionnel et bien situé , commerces a proximité, la mer a 10mn, un jardin clos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine .. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous retournons sûrement

Maison de vacances bien entretenue et agréable à vivre pour quelques jours en famille. Quartier résidentiel au coeur d'Arradon, calme, à 3 minutes des commerces du centre-ville et 10/15 minutes à pied de jolis points de vue sur le golfe.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Douche à l'étage non fonctionnelle car évacuation de la douche en goutte-à-goutte, trÚs dommage pour le nombre de couchage . . Cest la queue a la sdb du bas ! Sinon gßte confortable et bien placé pour visites et balades à vélo.

Excellent séjour!

Une maison idéale pour une grande famille... ou deux ! Pratique, bien située ( à 5 mn du bourg et à un petit quart d'heure à pied de la plage sur des sentiers piétons bien sécurisés ), elle permet des vacances faciles et agréables pour petits et grands! Maison avec suffisamment de couchages confortables mais le salon la salle à manger et la cuisine sont petits pour 10 Aménagement cuisine assez limité Et nous avons eu des problÚmes d eau chaude ( pas assez d infos sur l électricité basse consommation jour nuit info capitale à fournir ) Départ et arrivée sans problÚme Beaucoup de vélos cela été trÚs bien 2 frigos trÚs bien aussi Bon emplacement Mer en voiture ou vélo obligatoire

TrĂšs bon sejour

TrÚs bon sejour dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 familles, avec 4 enfants en tout. Le dortoir à l'étage est génial pour tous ces bambins qui avaient leur espace réservé. Pour les parents, chacun sa chambre et son espace. Cuisine équipée, salon séjour spacieux pour les repas en famille, exterieur agréable. Arradon est une jolie ville, proche de toutes les commodités, les marché et la mer, nous avons fait de magnifiques balades à pied et à vélo. TrÚs bons souvenirs.
