Small sheepfold with fenced garden planted with trees, not overlooked. Private swimming pool and barbecue area. In the main room, 1 lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of which 1 are equipped with 1 bed of 160 x 195 cm and in the other 1 bed of 140 x 195 cm. In the hall; the entrance of the bedrooms, 1 single bed. The house is equipped with TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Internet with free access. Outside, garden table and chairs, deckchairs. The swimming pool is sunny from 11.00a.m to the end of the afternoon. If necessary, there is an enclosed private parking.

Relaxing week, in a lovely house

We had an enjoyable week staying here, the house is in a great location for access to the Pic saint Loup area, also to make a day trip to Montpellier. The house is even better than it looks in the pictures, especially the sitting room which is very comfortable. It was very clean and all equipment we needed was available. A special mention for the pool which is lovely and was very well used in the hot weather.

Nice home with 2 little remarks, namely the fireplace and swimming pool.

The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected.

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und unser Hund haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Am Pool hat man absolute Ruhe und PrivatsphĂ€re. Das große, uneinsichtige GrundstĂŒck ist liebevoll gestaltet und es ist alles da, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. ( Grill, Gartenlaube, bequeme Poolmöbel
) Der Check-in und Check-out mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen!!!

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Alles hat perfekt gepasst, die stilvolle Einrichtung, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit. Auch den gut gewarteten Pool haben wir sehr geschÀtzt.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Dorf mit maximaler PrivatsphÀre.Lediglich die Bequemlichkeit Gartenmöbilerung wÀre etwas ausbaufÀhig.Wir kommen wieder.

We hebben een zeer goede vakantie gehad. Een fijn huis met een fijn zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er incl airco op de slaapkamers. Supermarkt is op 5 minuten rijden of 15 minuten lopen. Verder is er in het dorp niet veel te beleven. Montpellier ligt echter op 20 minuten rijden en is een hele mooie stad. Le grand motte is ook maar 40 minuten rijden en is zeer aan te bevelen. Door omstandigheden hebben wij de dame die het ontvangst en eindcontrole doet niet gezien, maar was voor ons geen probleem. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer rerugkomen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Landschaft

Kurz, alles war super: Empfang, Haus, Wohnzimmer, KĂŒche, Garten, Pool, ... Einziger Hinweis: nicht dem GPS folgen, das schickt einem durch extrem enge Kurven und GĂ€sschen. Dabei ist das Haus ĂŒber die "Chemin neuf" sehr gut und einfach erreichbar.

Excellent, ici tout est luxe calme et volupté.... Une maison agréable au calme avec une piscine pour se rafraßchir lors des chaudes journées en été. Les prestations sont de trÚs bons niveau alliant confort et charme de la pierre. Erholsame Zeit am Pic Saint-Loup

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt im alten Ortsteil St. Matthieu mit Blick auf den Pic Saint-Loup und hat einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit einem fantastischen Pool. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer zauberhaften Dorfgegend

Wir haben die zwei Wochen voll und ganz genossen, der Pool ist wunderschön und die Gegend mit dem Pic Saint-Loup und dem ChĂąteau de Montferrand im Hintergrund ist sehr schön. In der NĂ€he kann man tolle AusflĂŒge machen, aber das Meer ist etwas weiter weg, etwa eine Stunde Autofahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und Frau Huet ist sehr nett und freundlich. Obwohl wir eigentlich nie an denselben Ort zurĂŒckkehren, werden wir wahrscheinlich wiederkommen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Calme, reposant et maison trĂšs jolie !!

En ces pĂ©riodes de Covid, nous cherchions un lieu calme, loin des grandes destinations estivales sans pour autant ĂȘtre perdus au milieu de rien. Belle destination que St Mathieu. Proche de belles balades plus ou moins compliquĂ©es (cirque de moreze, cascade de la Vis, etc...) et des cĂŽtes mĂ©diterranĂ©ennes. Quant Ă  la maison, elle est top ! TrĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e, de beaux espaces, une piscine agrĂ©able, etc... L'accueil et le dĂ©part se font avec Mme Huet qui est trĂšs gentille et prĂ©venante. S'il n'y avait qu'un point gris pĂąle a dire : les moustiques qui se sont invitĂ©s pendant ces 2 semaines (mais cela ne vient pas de la location 😁) A refaire Ă  l'occasion.
