Kitchen is gourmet chef equipped; 8 skillets, 6 pots including BIG seafood boiler, 2 sets French Corningware, 10 prep knives including two Santoku, and every small appliance imaginable!

Granite countertops throughout unit; hair dryer in every bathroom, and 2 baby booster seats provided!

Custom made designer fabric draperies with the highest quality total blackout lining in ALL rooms, and custom made glass tops on ALL furniture for aesthetics and your convenience.

Great Spring Break stay

We stayed at this property for a week during our spring break. It was a great size for us and two other families. The parking was convenient and a great location on the beach. The weather wasn't the best, so the indoor pool was a lifesaver! Loved it all and highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had our annual vacation in Orange Beach and we loved this condo! It's on the southeast corner and the views of the Gulf were spectacular. It is beautifully decorated. We had enough space and didn't feel like it was crowded at all. The management company was professional and friendly. We love the Phoenix West II building and are already planning our trip for next year.

Great location

Being able to park on the same floor as the unit is golden. The floors didn't seem to be moped and the towels are quite thin. Overall the unit is lovely with lots of space for our group of 12 from 8 years old to 71.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. It was newly renovated and beautiful. It was so clean and the view is amazing. The beach access was so easy and parking on the same floor as the room was so convenient and so close to the door that you didn’t have to even find a cart to take your luggage to the room. We never waited on an elevator longer than 30 seconds. The condo is fully equipped with everything you would need to make the stay great. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back next year!!! Overall it is above a five start rating!!!!
