Toujours un très bon accueil
L'accueil d'Annamaria et de Fabio est toujours aussi agréable et nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner. Concernant la description et la situation de l'appartement, nous le connaissions donc nous savions où il se situait et comment il était composé. Mais la première fois que nous y sommes allés nous avions eu toutes les informations nécessaires et tout s'était bien passé. L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu et nous sommes accueillis avec de jolis bouquets de roses. La première fois que nous sommes arrivés en voiture nous avions eu de bons conseils pour le stationnement de notre véhicule pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location qui se trouve bien située entre San Marco, Rialto et Arsenal. L'accès depuis la station de vaporetto/Alilaguna de l'Ospedale ne comporte que deux ponts. Appréciable lorsqu'on a beaucoup de bagages. A noter de nombreux petits magasins à moins d'une centaine de mètres alentour.

Très bel accueil d'Anna Maria (propriétaire) avec prosecco (vin de pays) et apéritif pour fêter notre arrivée. L'appartement est authentique et offre tout le confort souhaité avec une jolie vue sur les toits de Venise. La rue de l'appartement est une salizada (rue "large" et commerçante). Vous trouverez à quelques pas de votre palier boucher, boulanger, marchand de fruits et légumes et si ce n'est pas suffisant un supermarché à 200m. Anna Maria vous apportera tous les conseils souhaités pour agrémenter votre séjour. Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement et nous ne regrettons par notre choix, la salle de bain est un peu petite mais ce n'est vraiment pas gênant pour un court séjour. N’hésitez pas à réserver très bon rapport qualité prix

UN APPARTEMENT CHALEUREUX
Nous conseillons cet appartement chaleureux qui est parfaitement situé : près de la place St Marc et de nombreux commerces. Les propriétaires parlent fort bien le français et sont très accueillants. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer un excellent séjour à Venise.

Un accueil chaleureux
Un bouquet de roses dans l'entrée, une bouteille de mousseux et des pâtisseries locales pour l'apéritif, l'accueil chaleureux d'Annamaria, la propriétaire, qui de surcroît communiquait avec nous dans un bon français, nous qui ne parlons pas italien. Appartement bien équipé, propre et suffisamment spacieux, bien situé entre l'Arsenale et San Marco. A cela je tiens à ajouter la disponibilité d'Annamaria pour nous aider à résoudre quelques problèmes de logistique, extérieurs à l'appartement, que nous avons rencontrés. Je l'en remercie beaucoup.
