Guiones Beach Club-7 BR w Pool, Rancho w Yoga Shala;7 Min Walk 2 Sand!

I truly love the Nosara/Playa Guiones community. Many vacationers I speak with feel the same magic and uniqueness about the area.
Verano Eterno is located in the most desirable part of Playa Guiones, the Guiones Beach Club. The Guiones Beach Club is the only gated community adjacent to the beach in Playa Guiones or any where in the immediate area. The Guiones Beach Club has a guard house with a gated entrance and no one is allowed into the community except homeowners, renters, or visitors. The Guiones Beach Club is very secure, private, and peaceful and has its own private beach access path. For added security, the security team patrol Guiones Beach Club at night and there are also security cameras around the perimeter of the access road. Casa Verano Eterno is located on the far side of Guiones Beach Club which means it has the least amount of cars or trucks driving by for added peace and quiet. The property of Casa Verano Eterno backs up to an adjacent finca (farm) which is completely empty aside from some grazing cows and local birds and allows for amazing sunrise views over the nearby mountains.

I wanted the main feature of the Casa Verano Eterno to be based on outdoor living. When I designed the house, I didn't want any interior hallways, which made each bedroom separate from each other. This feature allows for privacy come bedtime or waking up in the morning (no one else has to be woken up accidentally by your 5:30 am dawn patrol surf session or be kept up by your 11pm late night drinks at the pool). There are 2 buildings located on the Verano Eterno property. The main house has the master bedroom upstairs along with the guest suite which is also located upstairs. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed while the guest suite has 2 queen beds. The downstairs has 3 additional bedrooms; 2 of these bedrooms have 2 queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. In the main house, the master bedroom, guest suite and one of the downstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms closest to the kitchen share a bathroom (1 bedroom has double queen beds, while the other is the bunk room).
Each of the showers at Verano Eterno have rain shower heads, as do the outdoor showers. Also each bedroom in the main house has its own digital safe. Most homes I had rented before owning Verano Eterno had 1 safe for the entire house. Having a safe in each bedroom is much more convenient for laptops, phones, passports and other valuables. In the casita or "rancho", there are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The one bedroom has a king sized bed while the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The rancho also has an amazing guanacaste wood dining table that's able to seat 18-20 guests, a living area with a sectional couch as well as some chairs, a bar area with seating for 4-6 as well as a kitchen area with an additional refrigerator and stove. The pool at Verano Eterno which enjoys a fair amount of afternoon sun, always seems to be at the right temperature. During the heat of the day, the pool stays nice and cool, and if you are ever interested in a night time dip, the pool is always warm courtesy of the afternoon sun. Casa Verano Eterno has magnificent gardens around the entire property and a breathtaking view of the mountains in the distance while still only being 8 minute walk to the beach! There is an 8 foot tall security/privacy wall with gated entrances so you will not be bothered by unwanted visitors. Also during the dry season, there are usually water shortages which cause the local water authority to cut off service for hours at a time. I have a 500 gallon backup cistern so my house will never be out of water!
Verano Eterno is PERFECT for anyone that needs to work remotely while in Costa Rica. Verano Eterno's internet provider is Cable Tica which seems to have less outages than the other provider ICE. I also have to work remotely while I am staying at Verano Eterno, so I set up a Google wifi mesh system with 7 different access points, which gives the entire property seamless wifi access. I am guessing that there aren't many homes in the Guiones area with this kind of wireless infrastructure

Last but not least, I have purchased the most effective disinfecting machine available for homes (handheld electrostatic sprayer). Between each vacation rental we will thoroughly disinfect the entire home, especially the bedrooms and high traffic areas. I believe my home will be the only home in Playa Guiones with an electrostatic sprayer in its cleaning arsenal. These machines give total coverage (as the spray is electromagnetically charged) vs a wipe or a regular trigger spray bottle

Anyone who has visited Verano Eterno in the past 2 years has mentioned how amazing the property is, especially how quiet and peaceful it is. They also say how the house is much nicer in person than how its depicted in the photos. I hope you enjoy your vacation regardless if you book Verano Eterno or another property!
