Located in the middle of the pines in a very calm housing estate, not vis-à-vis, between ocean (2km) and lake of Maubuisson (1,5km), cool inside, children's playground at 30m. Equipped with a large parasol and a covered terrace, garden enclosed by a large hedge; many cycle paths (ocean, lake, shops, etc.) nearby; Leisure center (sailing, water skiing, tennis, golf, pala etc ..) nearby and by the lake, ocean surfing etc ..;
Bordered by the largest natural freshwater lake in France (6,600 hectares) and lulled by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, this seaside resort offers a multitude of activities from the smallest to the largest ... with a special mention for sailing sports!
Its particularly preserved natural environment with its wild marshes, its white sand dunes and its forest gives it a certain charm, to discover during a stroll on foot or by mountain bike.

Wonderful small house with very friendly host

The house was very good equiped and Guy, the host, was great and very motivated to make out holidays perfect. We didn‘t miss anything. The garden is wonderful, we spend all out time outside, startimg with Yoga on the terrasse and finishing the day with a glass of wine in the lounge area. Really a nice place to spend your vacation!

Kleines, aber sehr praktisches und nett eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung direkt in der Natur. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Garten mit Terrasse und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, schöner Grill vorhanden.Schöner kleiner Ort in der Nähe, sowie viel Natur, Wasser und super Wellen am Strand. Empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch fühlten wir uns wohl. Das Haus ist sehr bunt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt Macken in den Fliesen und andere Kleinigkeiten. Aber die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, aber auch sehr zusammengewürfelt. Es ist eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und sogar Tabs und Waschpulver, Mülltüten etc. Die Küche hat 2 Kochplatten. Draußen steht ein Gasgrill. Guy sagte uns, falls das Gas alle sei, können wir neues kaufen, er gibt uns das Geld zurück. Wir haben den Grill aber garnicht benutzt. Der Garten ist größer als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Man findet immer ein sonniges oder Dank der 3 Sonnenschirme ein schattiges Plätzchen. Guy und Cathie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kamen bei unserer Ankunft und hießen uns herzlich Willkommen und erklärten uns alles.Die Schlafplätze sind alle oben, wobei es ein Doppelbett in einem separaten Zimmer mit Tür gibt. Ein Etagenbett ist im Vorraum daneben, mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt und auf der anderen Seite der Empore ist ein Futon, welches leider durchgelegen ist, so dass man immer in die Mitte rollt. Zum Bäcker sind es mit dem Rad knapp 3 km und zum Strand sind es ca. 5km. In der im wunderbar duftenden Pinienwald gelegenen Anlage ist auch ein Volleyballfeld. Ein großer Super U ist mit dem Auto in Lacanau in gut 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter 12 und 14.

Très bonne semaine chez Guy qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été de très bons conseils. Climat de confiance très agréable. Le logement est charmant et très calme à cette époque. Endroit idéal entre Océan et fleuve pour de belles excursions.

farbenfroher Aufenthalt im Pinienwald

wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, mit Informationen versorgt und durften sogar das waveboard des Vermieters nutzen, was uns viel Freude gemacht hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig in einem Pinienwald gelegen, mit dem Rad kommt man auf Radwegen überall hin, z.B zum Einkaufen und Baden nach Maubuisson (2km) mit lac Hourtin oder nach Carcans Plage (ca.7km), sogar nach Lacaneau (ca. 15 km) kann man entspannt auf Radwegen fahren. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt.

Badeurlaub zwischen See und Ocean

Gelungener Badeurlaub mit schönen Wellen im Ozean oder seichtem Planschen im Badesee. Schöne Ausflüge nach Bordeaux und zum Leuchtturm Cordouan. Sehr kleines aber gemütliches und sehr sauberes Haus, leider ohne wlan und Fahrräder. Beides war in Beschreibung aufgeführt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Cathy und Guy !!! Goolgle-Translater: "Des vacances balnéaires réussies avec de belles vagues dans l'océan ou une baignade peu profonde dans le lac de baignade. Belles balades à Bordeaux et au phare de Cordouan. Maison très petite mais confortable et très propre, malheureusement sans wifi ni vélos. Les deux étaient répertoriés dans la description. Nous avons très bien récupéré, les enfants se sont bien amusés. Des vacances très agréables. Merci Cathy et Guy !!!"

Location très agréable.

Hôtes très sympathiques et à l écoute.Location très agréable en particulier grâce à sa grande terrasse et très bien située entre le lac et l océan dans un hameau au milieu des pins. Calme et très sécurisant pour les enfants car pas de voiture à l intérieur du hameau.

Les propriétaires savent réserver un accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Cabanon idéalement situé entre lac et océan et décoré avec beaucoup d’inspiration.

Excellent séjour

Très bon contact et accueil avec Guy. Localisation idéale entre Maubuisson et l'océan. Logement en tout point conforme aux photos de l'annonce et bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, lit parapluie...). Décoration sympa. Extérieurs agréables avec les différents endroits où se poser. Aire de jeu à qq mètres et pas de voiture dans le lotissement : idéal pour les enfants. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Guy dans son agréable petite maison bien située dans la pinède et proche d'une aire de jeux et des pistes cyclables. La terrasse est reposante avec ses transats. Nos enfants ont été ravis de trouver des jeux et des livres pour tout âge. :-)

Jolie petite maison dans un beau coin.

Maison agréable à vivre, joliment décorée et pratique à vivre. Elle est située à côté d'une petite plaine de jeux ce qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques.

sejour magnifique !

Un vrai petit nid douillet au milieu des pins et du sable avec comme fond sonore le chant des cigales. On part en vacances le coeur léger avec l'assurance d'être bien accueillis par Guy avec qui nous avons eu d'excellents contacts avant notre arrivée. Merci à Michel qui nous attendait pour nous donner les clés. Guy et Cathy ont aménagé cette petite maison avec goût. On s'y sent bien et elle nous dépayse nous montagnards. La terrasse couverte pour se protéger du soleil ou des averses ou pour faire sécher nos combinaisons est un plus. La situation géographique est idéal : à 3 minutes de Carcans Plage en voiture (et de nos surfs en consigne !!), à proximité de la piste cyclable... L'aire de jeux à 10 m fut le 2e jardin de nos 2 enfants (4 et 6 ans) et le lieu de rencontre avec d'autres enfants. Pas de circulation de voiture dans le lotissement. On peut donc s'y promener en sécurité. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. Merci aux propriétaires !!!!

Un petit coin cosy

Une envie d'une maison pleine de charme ? Un endroit tranquille ? Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ? Au milieu des pins ? Entre le lac et la mer ? Alors réservez cet endroit de rêves. Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques. Le village de Maubuisson à 10 min en vélo est très sympathique. Merci à Guy et Cathy de nous avoir permis de profiter de leur maison.

Liebevoller maritimer Flair im Pinienwald

Wir hatten einen freundlichen Empfang, des liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhauses, was sich von dem Rest der Wohnanlage positiv unterscheidet. Zur unserer Reisezeit, Ende Juni - Anfang Juli, war das Wetter für Familien mit Kleinkindern perfekt. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was in einem Ferienhaus benötigt wird. Die Reizvolle Umgebung ist super auch mit Fahrrädern zu befahren, auch wenn es hoch und runter geht, hat unser Sohn es nach Bombannes geschafft mit einem Laufrad. Die Kilometerangaben stimmen mit unserem empfinden nicht überein. Größerer Einkäufe sind in Carcans 10 km entfernt gut zu erledigen.

Location très agréable

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette location et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La location est très agréable et correspond à la description. Idéalement situé, à mi-distance entre la plage et le lac, à 2 pas des pistes cyclables, dans une région très plaisante. Propriétaire très sympathique. Notre seul regret, n'y avoir passé qu'une semaine.

Maison agréable, belle déco, très fonctionnelle

Alain, nous étions 5 et nous avons passé un superbe séjour, bien accueilli; Jardin agréable et calme, intérieur judicieusement rénové et bien décoré; on avait l'impression d'être chez nous. Les piste cyclables sont à coté et on peut aller aussi bien pour aller à l'océan qu'au lac, belle région. Je recommande vraiment cette location!
