The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room.
