This was a great house for our family. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the open space under the house for eating and cooking outside.
My family and I loved this beach house! The property was close to the beach and the house was warm and inviting. The house was very roomy and could accommodate a family get together very well. Much thanks to the James family for allowing us to stay here.
We stay here every Summer. We prefer Fort Morgan because it's not crowded but still has places to eat, a marina and stores if you need something. Song of The Sea is a great house close to the beach and our entire family loves going there each Summer ( the grandkids want us to buy it😂)

Relax! At Song of the Sea
This house was on a quiet street just a few steps to the beach. We had 10 people there comfortably! Would definitely go back!

We are glad your family had a great beach vacation, we strive to make our house a family friendly home. Please come again and invite your friends. Tommy and Carolyn James
We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation. My grandchildren want to go back next year for our vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The pictures do not give the house justice though. It is better than they exhibit. Tommy was a phone call away for my questions. Wonderful experience! Beautiful house!
The property was wonderful. It was able to accommodate each individual family bedroom wise. Very spacious kitchen, dining, family room. The main deck had plenty of seating for all of us.
Our family had a great time at the Song of the sea It’s a short walk to the beach and the big cart that’s available made it easy. The house itself was nice but could use a few upgrades. Overall we loved it
This was our 7th summer to stay in Fort Morgan and 2nd time to stay at Song of the Sea. This house has it all . . . a great kitchen, lots of room to spread out, fantastic decks to relax on, outdoor shower, extra refrigerator downstairs, beach cart and a short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for?!!! We will definitely be back.
Close to beach, was nice to have beach cart to pull supplies to beach. Very good hosts! Quick responses. Few minor updates needed but otherwise very roomy for our family of 12. Thanks for sharing your home!!! Nice views!!!
The house was great! It was clean, comfortable, and a very close walk to the beach. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property owner, Tommy, was very responsive. There is also a restaurant with good food, Tacky Jacks, super close to the house where we could get take out. This was our first VRBO experience, and we hope all will be this pleasant. We made a lot of good memories with our boys even during Covid.

Melanie and her family were great guest, I hit wrong key in review and only gave 3 stars on overall, should have been 5
This house is great! It is in a great location and has everything you could need. It’s just a short walk to the beach and you can leave everything on the beach and no one messes with anything. The owner has the best beach cart to tote your stuff out there, plus they have chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. A big plus is a refrigerator for fishing bait down stairs and for drinks and etc so you are not walking up and down stairs. Plenty of seating up and down stairs. We had 3 little boys and they had plenty of room to run and play and had the best time. Mr. James was the best and we got there early and helped us out so we could get in early with the food. Thanks for the best trip! We had a blast!

Sounds like you had a great vacation please come again.
The house was beautiful and well furnished. There was enough space for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The shower downstairs was a great bonus to eliminate a lot of the sand so the kids did not track it into the house. It was so peaceful to sit out on one of the decks in the morning and drink coffee while listening to the waves of the ocean. The downstairs picnic tables and lights made a great bonus for when extended family came for our seafood boil. My family enjoyed this house so much we are already deciding on a time and date to book for next years family vacation. The owner Tommy was extremely helpful and accommodating when we arrived early. He also took care of the cable issue and had the technician right out. Thank you from our family for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Can’t wait to see you next year.

Carrie, I am glad your family enjoyed our home and thank you for being understanding on tv problems. The only problem I had with your group is our cleaning lady said our house smelled of smoke and had to pay for extra cleaning to remove smell. if you book again please only smoke outside as our house is a non smoking house, thank you Tommy
The property was well maintained, convenient, and beautiful! We had trouble with the upstairs air conditioning, but the owner contacted a repair company and it was up and running the same night. We had a fabulous trip with our kids and grands!
The location is amazing for beach access. It was a one minute walk to the water. The beach cart and extra umbrellas were super handy. I really enjoyed the early morning walks on the nearby nature trails.
I have nothing bad at all to say about this beach house. Pictures just don't do it justice. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all, and there is a very nice view on the top balcony where we would sit and feel the ocean breeze in the evenings. The owners are super helpful and answered any and all of our questions in a very timely manner. My entire family absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to stay here again!
