Justin and Jessica offer a lovely, air-conditioned town home within walking distance of the beach, coffee, pizza and bars.Also walking distance to Belmont park! We had a great time and would definitely come back here.

Host communication was great, quick and answered questions fully. We were so happy to have full laundry machines at the beach! Plenty of towels and linens. Cooked several meals, kitchen was great. Loved the views and older teenage kids were happy, so you know it has to be good. We would definitely book again if we go back to Mission Beach!

We were happy with the place and location. The beach equipment and bikes were a nice bonus. However, we did not end up using the bikes. The hosts were very friendly and had many helpful suggestions.

The place was fully stocked and had everything you could think of. Very room and accommodated our group. It's located off a somewhat busy street so it can be noisy. Make sure your windows are closed. The place was clean and there was plenty of linens and towels. The hosts were great and responded quickly.

My family and I had a phenomenal stay here! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, there were a gazillion towels and blankets, beach chairs, bikes available, and you can’t beat the location. We could walk 2 blocks to the bay or 2 blocks to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and cute and there were always people relaxing on their front decks and yards. We walked a few minutes down the street to grab delicious mexican food, pizza, and played some Monday night bingo at the Beachcomber. Belmont Park was about a 10 minute walk and we loved browsing through all the items being sold by the beach and had a great dinner at The Draft. The hosts were extremely responsive and having a carport was a huge bonus. The AC worked perfectly and even though there was a lot of city action around us, I felt it was very quiet in the house. We would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was as described online. Great location. A quick 1-2 minute walk to mission beach right across the street and or to the left, the water in-let. Two great coffee spots a quick walk from the place. Hosts were great and offered insights and suggestions! They even bought pellets for the Traeger grill if we wanted to grill! That was super nice. This place accommodated our family of 7 easy! Parking in the carport allowed us to not struggle with parking as we moved in and out through our trip… a tight fit if you have a large SUV but doable. We’d stay again.

As advertised, great beach house in great location for the full Mission Beach experience. Would definitely stay there again. Extremely well equipped with beach gear, bikes, bbq, patio, and even baby gear. Note there is parking for one car in a carport in alley behind house. It’s on the small side but we could fit a large suv in there with some work but it was a tight fit. We needed a big car but a smaller one would have been much easier.
