Grosse déception!sale,frigo,plaque,salle de bain,vaisselle!!

Je pense que la dernière location remontait et que le ménage a été oublié.Mr froment était très gentil,le jardin agréable.Frigo très bruyant,nous empêchait de dormir.Bon couchage,heureusement,très déçus,car l'appartement nous avait été conseillé,je pense donc qu'il y a eu un date,mais bon 1h30 pour nettoyer après un long trajet,ce fut dur!!

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé deux super semaines dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Proximité des bus, des magasins et de la ville. Tout est conforme à la description. Parking face à l'habitation, beau grand jardin arboré. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa confiance et au régisseur pour son amabilité.

Parfait !!!

Studio très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, tv, barbecue, transats, salon de jardin ...) et très bien situé à 3 minutes en voiture du vieil antibes et du port. Studio sur l'arrière de la résidence très sécurisée (avec place de parking privée) dans un cadre très agréable donc aucun soucis avec la route, pas de vis à vis. Séjour très agréable.

appartement fonctionnel ou rien n'y manque,proprete irreprochable avec un gardien bien sympathique,bien situe pour visiter la cote d'azur mais trop de voitures,impossible de circuler,de se garer.c'est dommage car beaucoup de choses a voir paysages magnifiques

correct pour 2 personnes

location correcte pour 2 personnes car lit 160x200 (on nous avait signalé 140x190 donc housse de lit trop petite, obligé d'acheter sur place) convertible dans la même pièce par contre grand écran TV agréable. Petite cuisine , juste pour 2 , salle d'eau + wc + lave linge pas trop de place, terrasse agréable avec auvent sur espace de verdure. 4 locations identiques + appartement gardien à l'étage, villa fermée, on vous remet une clef du portail , place parking près de votre location. petits commerces , pharmacie, boulangerie à 5 mn et super Carrefour à 10 mn en voiture. Calme. Pour un mois de mai la région est très encombrée, mais c'est la Côte d'Azur !! Endroit stratégique pour visiter de St Raphael à Menton. A voir l'arrière pays avec ses petits villages de montage, Grasse , Mougins, Vence etc Pour personne à mobilité réduite comme moi, beauccoup de villes alentours, effectuent les visites par petit train touristique.

Appartement propre, mais à éviter l'hiver car chauffage insuffisant; pas de chauffage dans l'espace cuisine; manque placards de rangement aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la chambre; sinon extérieur parfait;
