Just a wonderful setup for people and pets - especially enjoyed the location a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. It's a lovely vintage home with two porches, fenced back yard, and delightful Carriage House. Gracious host. Well-cared for property.

Awesome week!

Best home to stay at the beach! We have been blessed to be able to stay here! Love the house, location and Rehoboth Beach. The owners are simply the best to work with. My 3 grandchildren love this house and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Beautiful beach cottage

House is charming and accommodating with lots of amenities including bikes, beach chairs and more. Hosts are very generous and responsive. Screened porch and decks make for great outdoor living and dining. Location is great. Loved our stay.

This house is the perfect location for walking to the beach, the boardwalk, the lake. We would definitely recommend to anyone :)

You cannot beat the location of this house, on a short block between the beach and the lake. It had all the supplies we needed, which was a big plus- towels, linens, beach towels, little hotel size toiletries, washer and dryer, games, puzzles, beach chairs, brand new beach umbrella(but we didn't use it). The screened front porch was great, we spent a lot of time there. There were a lot of bikes in the shed (7 or 8?) but we didn't use them. It's about a 15-20 min walk to pretty much all the restaurants on the main drag, so we walked everywhere. The extra parking passes were a plus too.The few negatives: The little sofa bed in the den could use a new mattress or be replaced, the carriage house has a musty smell, and we had bad thunderstorms twice and the roof/ceiling in the living room leaked a bit 2 nights, but communication with David was excellent and he said the handyman was coming to address that after we left.

Lovely Beach Getaway with Great Amenities and Pet-Friendly Yard

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The backyard was a fantastic space for our dogs to run around and play. Communication from the owners was great and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Certainly recommend as a relaxing beach getaway!

Location location location

Proximity to the beach and Silver Lake were big advantages. Rehoboth beach is great for bicycling around, too. Location just at the end of the boardwalk meant it was somewhat quieter also.

Location, location, location! Loved the 2 minute walk to the beach and the access to the boardwalk which begins right at the end of the street! Perfectly pet friendly! Loved having the seperate carriage house where our adult daughter and her family stayed allowing everyone to have their own space. Great little fenced in back yard and a wonderful screened in porch! We throughly enjoyed our stay at this rental!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time a this house. The house is bigger than we expected and better than the photos. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the location so close ot the beach and so many beach towels they had for us to use. The host was quick to answer questions ahead of the trip and check-in was super simple. It was a gorgeous street and great location.

Great location!! We were close to everything we needed, and having the beach a few steps away was amazing! The house was very clean, and exactly as described. It was well equipped and comfortable for our family, with everything and anything you can think of available in the house! Neighbors were friendly and the street was quiet in early November! The host, David provided clear information and was available, although we didn’t need anything during our stay. We hope to return again, this location was perfect for our fall getaway.
