This property was in the best location! One row behind the beach front properties! We used the bikes provided by the owner to ride down to the restaurants and shops! It was perfect!

We had a great time and the location was awesome! Our host, Dave, was excellent, very responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend and we plan on staying again when the opportunity arises!

Definitely in need of some repairs and new carpet. Was odd when you can see a light through a door from where the owner is staying. Appears to be 3 living sections. Downstairs was rented and the upstairs part we had which is typical for the area. But the owner is living upstairs over the garage too.

Great value for location. Check in/out was easy, host was very responsive. Nice to have garage parking access and washer/dryer access. Bikes and beach chairs were very convenient to have. We had 3 grandkids age 6, 9, 14 with us and all were happy.

The property wasn't quite as nice as I expected with holes in the walls, flooring transition exposed and carpet in need of replacement. Overall it was clean and it served us well. I love that it was so close to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It was nice having use of bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear. We had a great stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped, it was nice to have ice on hand at check in. It was great to have beach towels and chairs. The location was good for us, so close to the beach. Nice to have parking included. We had hoped to use the grill but it was in poor condition.

Dave was super welcoming and helpful ..great location close enough 2 walk 2 restaurant and rhe store plenty of free parking a little view of the beach. Quiet neighborhood..bikes were great 2..really one of our best places weve stayed at hope 2 come back in the summer

This is the perfect location - away from the really busy tourist area around the main pier on the peninsula, but close enough to walk or bike to…and the house is just a very short walk (maybe 30 steps) across the street to the beach. The location makes it an easy bike ride to Huntington Beach or you can go the other direction to the end of the peninsula and then take the ferry to Balboa Island and have lunch at one of the local restaurants. Bike paths on most roads make biking a safe and fun adventure - definitely the best way to get around! Thanks to Dave for providing the bikes and the cool location!

The property is very close to the beach and has everything a family would need to go to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. I have already booked another stay at this property.

Excellent Location! Just steps away from the beach! We are so glad to have this location for our budget. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The only thing we didn’t have were plastic cups and dishes to take to the beach. They had everything else, beach chairs, toys, umbrella. There was unfortunately, loud construction on the house next door going on that created a lot of dust, but overall we had a great stay! Thank you Dave!
