Condo 501 is located on the southwest corner of the building.

Located minutes from St. Petes/Clearwater Airport, Villa Madeira is located in the center of Florida's main attractions: Epcot Center, Walt Disney World, and Busch Gardens.

The vacation condo features three walkouts to a spacious 60 feet of screened-in, 'L' shaped balcony. The balcony is located on the southwest corner which provides you with full sun from morning to beautiful sunset. The condo is located on the 5th floor of a 6 story building.

This unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and a salt water heated swimming pool. A huge clean, white sandy beach, clear shallow waters, and a beautiful sunset. This corner condo provides a wonderful experience for everyone in your family. Sorry pets are not allowed.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, double vanity, new walk in shower, cable HD TV, and a private walk-out to the balcony. The second bedroom has two new XL twin beds and a full adjoining washroom. The third separate bedroom has a double bed. For your safety there are handle bars in both baths.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two new reclining leather sofas. With a *47 inch big screen cable HD TV, VCR, STEREO, DVD and a telephone with an answering machine. You also have a private, covered parking spot by the security lobby. There are security gates to the pool and the beach. There also is a baby crib & playpen/sleeper in the condo.

We were very happy with the rental unit . The ocean views are beautiful from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked as is the outdoor beach closet for all your beach needs . The unit was well stocked with fresh bath and beach towels and includes washer and dryer . Very clean and well updated . The owners were very communicative as needed ! This rental is a 10/10

Great comfortable quiet end unit condo with the perfect balcony. 5th floor is above the palm trees and lower houses and the wrap around allows you to see all the way down the beach. The view is incredible. when we were there in May we watched sunrise on the side balcony and sunset on the front. Gid was very helpful. The building is very nice and close to lots of things. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo has everything you could want.

Enjoyed our stay as always! The only complaint is I feel we should have been told about the parking situation. Underatable work has to be done after hurricanes last year. It just would have been nice to know. There many complaints from other guests too! Will it stop me from going back ? No, we love it!

This is a beautiful property. Better than the pictures, as several updates have happened since they were posted. The view is amazing, the balcony is huge and comfortable. Access to the beach from our unit and parking space was the best. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, even a tent were available. We would definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable condo. The view was phenomenal. Beach just a few steps away as was the pool. Plenty of towels and linens, beach toys and chairs, kitchen very well stocked. The huge balcony was fantastic although one or two ceiling fans out there would have been helpful on those hot stifling days. There were a few portable fans inside as ceiling fans were lacking inside as well so we moved them back and forth. The only other thing for my family’s personal preference would be blackout window covering in the living room/dining room area and in the two smaller bedrooms. The primary bedroom had good heavy curtains which kept it dark for sleeping. We looked at about 50 condos in and around Madeira Beach before booking with Gid and we are so glad we picked his. We hope to go back.
