Brian was a fantastic host. We booked for a weekend with two families and four kids (ages 5–8), and the place handled all of us easily. Communication was quick and clear from booking through checkout, check-in was seamless, and the house was clean and exactly as pictured. Great location for getting on and off the water in Marathon, and plenty of room for the kids to spread out at night. Zero issues the whole stay. We'd book with Brian again without hesitation — highly recommend!

Place was great- clean and modern. I wouldn’t say there are places within walking distance worth visiting but that seems standard for the area. I would recommend for sure if you have a boat and looking for a nice vacation.

The pool was refreshing and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed Sweet Savannah's for ice cream and Keys Fisheries was by far our favorite restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at Coral Lagoon Villa 17. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the pool and next to the marina.The house was spotless and beautifully decorated.
