Perfectly equipped beachfront apartment with pool and sea views. He's in perfect condition. A blind on the terrace allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors at any time of the day. It is a very quiet residence.
It is made up of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet.
The residence is secured by a gate opening with a beep and a digital code. At your disposal there is a private parking reserved strictly for this apartment.
In July and August there is a supervisor for the pool. The swimming pool is generally open from May to the end of September.
The shops are right next to the residence: Supermarket, wine cellar, pizzeria, restaurant, clothing store, tobacco shop.
Ballaruc les Bains, Balneotherapy center is 15 km away and Sète 8 km.
Ideal for spa guests
INTERNET TEAM + BOX TV + TELEPHONE (optional package depending on duration, stipulated on the contract € 20 / week and € 30 for the fortnight)
Outside of very high periods (from 20-07 to 24-08), the readings of the water meters and of EDF are carried out, the kw as well as the m3 of water will be invoiced at the current rate.

Abgewohntes, dreckiges Appartement

Das Appartement war *abgewohnt (kaputte Stühle, schlampig verlegter Kunstrasen draussen, extrem laut quietschendes, unbequemes Etagenbett etc.) und *dreckig (staubig in allen Flächen & Ecken, dreckiges Geschirr/Besteck etc.) und * zudem war die unmögliche Stellung der Türen nachts kein Durchzug möglich. Es war nachts laut, da die Schlafzimmer zu Parkplatz und Strasse liegen. Selbst Meer und Strand vor der Tür waren unsauber -> 9km weiter in Seté ein völlig anderes Bild. Der Service von Agentur und Eigentümer unterirdisch -> einfach nur „Abzocke“! Nach 1 schlaflosen Nacht haben wir das Appartement verlassen und haben umgebucht. KEINESFALLS ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Très bel appartement, situation idéale en bord de mer. la piscine est très agréable.. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé, ultra propre, et l'accueil sympathique. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Parfait pour du farniente en famille. Nous avions emmené des vélos qui nous ont permis quelques balades sympathiques (nombreuses pistes cyclables). A conseiller !
